1)  My Jewel Story strives to be as accurate as possible and intends that the colors, design, and style of the products that appear on this site reflect those of the actual product.

However, My Jewel Story does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or any other content of My Jewel Story is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variations caused by technical, typographical, digital, or photographic reasons may occur.

2) Actual colours and the “look and feel” you see on the My Jewel Story site will depend on your computer monitor and on other technical factors.


3) If a product offered by My Jewel Story itself is not as to your expectation, your remedy is to exchange it with credits or return it in an unused condition. We provide no refunds unless and until it’s a manufacturing defect or a false described product for personalised items. All the  products are guaranteed against defects for 7 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, My Jewel Story disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the My Jewel Story site.

4) In no event shall My jewel story, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

5) Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. Also, the colours of certain products may differentiate from the real visual product. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.


Here at MY JEWEL STORY, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and as beautiful as the moment it commemorates. But if you feel that your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you and will do everything possible to rectify the situation. New, unworn non-personalised items can be returned to MY JEWEL STORY within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all our personalized and made to order items are one-of-a-kind, hence they are not returnable or cancellable as we start the production as we receive the order.

All international orders are Non-Returnable.


Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the process of production of your items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, you can do so any time after placing the order, this only applies to non-personalised items. To cancel your order, please go to your order section and just click cancel. All cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 14 business days from the day your refund was approved to be received by your bank.
