We’re an online store only and we ship directly from our warehouse, so we don’t have a bricks-and-mortar store for visitors. For all enquiries, please contact support@myjewelstory.com and our team will be more than happy to assist.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

“My Jewellery Story” jewellery is created with Sterling Silver (92.5% Purity) base metal using top-quality Swarovski® crystal stones or best in class imported crystals. All our jewellery is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be shortly sent to your registered email address. If you can’t find it, please check if it has been filtered to your junk mail folder.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We process our orders promptly, but if you wish to make any changes to your order placed within 24hrs, please email our friendly Customer Care, at support@myjewelstory.com, as soon as possible so we can assist you.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN YOU EXCLUDE THE INVOICE FROM THE RECIPIENT?

We can certainly exclude the invoice from your order; Just send us a message at support@myjewelstory.com or add that to the additional comments option while placing the order to let us know, and if you would like to include a personalised gift message as well!

DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESS ADDRESS?

Yes. We can deliver to your workplace. Just include your company name and address when completing the delivery details.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?

MY JEWEL STORY offers free shipping within India on all products above bill value of Rs. 999 and above.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Alternatively, you may also receive a SMS which will be sent to you on your mobile. You will also be able to view the status of your order online, along with tracking details, when you log into your account.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER WHO DO I CONTACT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 6-8 business days after confirmation of order. It would normally take between 10-12 business days for your order to be delivered by our courier partner. Kindly note that the standard shipping timelines would not apply during sale/promo.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY MY JEWEL STORY

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address
  • Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.

Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalizing your purchase as you are checking out.
