Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Alternatively, you may also receive a SMS which will be sent to you on your mobile. You will also be able to view the status of your order online, along with tracking details, when you log into your account.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 6-8 business days after confirmation of order. It would normally take between 10-12 business days for your order to be delivered by our courier partner. Kindly note that the standard shipping timelines would not apply during sale/promo.
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
- Inaccurate or insufficient address
- Non-serviceable locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.
Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalizing your purchase as you are checking out.
